About the Collection & Artist:

The Poems of a Thousand Masters series is born from artist Bai’s deep reverence for ancient Chinese typography and the tactile history of traditional printmaking. Selecting a rare edition from the Jiaqing reign of the Qing Dynasty, Bai captures and enlarges poignant poetic fragments into striking visual art. Each print is meticulously handcrafted using traditional woodblock carving and water-ink printing techniques (Shuiyin). Through this collection, Fika Posters brings Bai’s seamless blend of ancient craftsmanship and minimalist modern aesthetics into contemporary spaces.
